Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Home Memo Pad mobile application and related services operated by MINI POLI DA LTD (the “Service Provider”).
Information and use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use, and registration is not required. If the Application is used while connected to the internet, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity, but the Service Provider does not retain that data or use it for tracking.
Location
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no app usage data shared with third parties by the Service Provider.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information using the contact email below.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal-data exposure is limited. Even so, no security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it may hold.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident affects information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider outside normal app use, the Service Provider will provide notification where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain personal information generated through normal use of the Application because such information is not collected. Any information you voluntarily send to the Service Provider, for example by contacting support, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of information you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by contacting imo2genpresco55tt@gmail.com. Where deletion is permitted and no legal retention requirement applies, the Service Provider will remove the relevant information within a reasonable period. Uninstalling the Application removes locally stored app data from your device, subject to your device and operating system behaviour.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent to material changes will be requested before those changes take effect.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information and the Service Provider relies on consent to process it, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing performed before withdrawal.
